This is not therapy.
This is a sacred storytelling space—a place where we pause, reflect, and begin to unearth the narratives we’ve been living… and the ones we’re ready to write instead.
You won’t be diagnosed here. You’ll be witnessed.
You won’t be asked to fix anything. You’ll be invited to feel, to remember, and to imagine.
This experience is grounded in reflection, personal storytelling, and creative self-discovery.
We’ll explore the roles we’ve played, the lies we’ve believed, and the masks we’ve worn to survive. But we’re not here to relive trauma or process wounds that require therapeutic support. We honor those spaces—and we encourage you to seek them when needed.
